After years of baking as a hobby, and much encouragement from family and friends, we’ve expanded to serve the local, middle-Tennessee area with a wide variety of organic sourdough goods made in my home in Madison, TN.
Each loaf is made with simple, high-quality ingredients, the most important being time — honoring the process of long fermentation, our high-hydration loaves have a slightly-sour flavor, airy texture, and crunchy outer crust. Whether you’re here for a loaf to share with your family or a special treat for yourself, we’re grateful to have you.
